Zoe Bingley-Pullin

Zoe Bingley-Pullin is a nutritionist and founder of Nutritional Edge, a nutritional consultancy based in Sydney, Australia. Her passion for food helps empower her clients to embrace the benefits of food through education. An internationally trained chef from Le Cordon Bleu School in London and a Diploma of Nutrition, Zoe has spent time working in the South of France introducing her clients to the culinary delights of the area.

By improving people’s knowledge and understanding of nutrition, she believes they are able to create and sustain a healthier and more delicious life. Currently co-hosting Channel Ten’s top rating TV show Good Chef Bad Chef, together with Adrian Richardson they combine their distinctive culinary styles to explore foods and cuisines that are delicious and inspirational to home cooks.

Inspired to educate viewers about the benefits of developing a healthy balanced diet, Zoe is also the resident nutritionist on Channel Ten’s Studio 10, providing expert advice on the latest nutrition information. Zoe is the food editor for Fitness First Magazine and a regular contributor to many national publications, including Madison, Cleo, Cosmopolitan, OK Magazine, Marie Claire, Take 5, delicious, Women’s Health and Fitness and Harper’s BAZAAR, as well as working with corporations to help create and support better health messages for their products and employees. A passionate writer, Zoe’s first book, Eat Taste Nourish (New Holland, 2009) provides a practical focus on nutrition and how to create delicious and healthy food in simple ways.

Zoe launched her first online program in 2015 called Falling In Love With Food, an 8-week interactive course teaching people all about food groups, cooking and how to have a loving attitude towards food, for life. The program’s huge success has led Zoe to write a cookbook of the same name, as a way to show people how to love all aspects of cooking and eating.
