The story begins when Tim sets his heart on owning a pair of Spiderman runners. When the shoe shop doesn’t have his size, he finds himself drawn to a funny-looking, old-fashioned shop he has never noticed before. Inside he meets Mr Shy, who invites Tim to join a very special shoe library.
